Refund policy

At Chill Wear, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, let us know when you contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate the exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.
